Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid insured shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the earrings in their original jewelry box and secure them inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond grading certificates.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our gemologists verify the stone's authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
